pre – Construction Services
Pre- construction services at C & A involve services before the actual construction begins, to help meet the vision of clients along with matching their construction budget.An extensive initial meeting with the client to understand their specific requirements. The purpose of an initial or kick-off meeting is to introduce the team, understand the project, understand what specifically needs to be done and to decide on how to work together in order to deliver the project effectively. To go to all lengths to meet the construction budget of the client. This is done by primarily developing a lump sum project cost after reviewing the cost estimate with design executives.
Evaluate the entire project and then create a plan along with the initial schematic design. This is followed by design review and constructability analysis to emphasize every point. The initial layout will allow the client to visualize the space, as well as how the completed project will look like.Finally safety considerations are given due importance at every stage of the project. Our project Manager develops safety guidelines in lieu of the special characteristics of the project along with integrating the client’s safety policies too.
